• Device & Usage Information: IP address, device type, operating system, and app usage statistics.
• Device Permissions (only when you use the related feature): location for staff check-in and check-out, camera for scanning student cards and taking resource photos, microphone for recording audio resources, and notifications for alerts. A device notification token is stored so we can send alerts to your phone.

• To manage school operations and provide core app services.
• To send notifications, messages, and event updates.
• To generate analytics and performance reports for institutions.
• To improve app security and performance.

• Shared only with authorized school staff and administrators.
• Shared with trusted service providers under confidentiality agreements.
• Shared if required by law to protect legal rights.

We implement industry-standard security measures, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

You may access or update your personal data by contacting us at support@gramia.tech.

You can request deletion of your account in the Gramia app (Profile → Delete my account) or at our account deletion page. Records held on behalf of your school, such as grades, attendance and fee history, may be retained as the school or the law requires.

We may use third-party services like payment processors. These services have their own privacy policies.

7. Cookies and Local Storage

Gramia currently uses only essential cookies and browser storage needed for login, session continuity, security, and basic app preferences. We do not use advertising or marketing cookies.

8. Children’s Privacy

Gramia is intended for schools and institutions. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 without parental consent.
