Delete your Gramia account

In the app
Open Gramia, go to Profile and choose Delete my account. Confirm the request and we will take it from there.
If you cannot sign in
Use the form below. We will contact you on the email address you give to confirm it is really you before anything is removed.
What happens next
- We confirm your identity, then remove or anonymise your personal account details, sign-in credentials, unlock PIN and device notification tokens.
- School records held on behalf of your institution, such as grades, attendance and fee or payment history, belong to the school. They may be kept for the period the school or the law requires, and the school decides whether they are removed.
- We aim to complete requests within 30 days and will email you when it is done.
